Suit called. Mr. Fayyaz Hussain, associate of learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and seeks time on the ground that the associate of the firm who was dealing with the matter has separated from the firms therefore some time be granted till assignment of the case to any partner. Mr. Abu Bakar Khalil advocate for defendant No. 8 and advocate for plaintiffs in new suit No. 8408 of 2025 is also present. Learned counsel for the defendant No 8 submitted that four suits bearing Nos. 8275 of 2025, 8327 of 2025, 8328 of 2025 and 8408 of 2025 are connected matters and all of these suits are pending before this court while some other connected suits are also pending before some other courts. Nazir of Honourable High Court has submitted letter NO. FP/RT/S-1239/2012 dated 30.05.2025 wherein he has submitted that Assistant Commissioner concerned be directed to prepare list of occupants with proper demarcation. The report of Nazir is submitted in compliance of order dated 20.02.2025. In these circumstances, it is in the interest of justice prior to passing any order all the parties especially the plaintiff be heard so that proper order may be passed.
