Final report in FIR No 87/2025 under section 397 PPC called. ADPP is present. Heard. Order passed on final charge sheet. Since all PWs. fully supported the version of FIR hence prima facie sufficient material is available for taking cognizance. As far as concern with the section 397 PPC in present circumstances is mis-applied however, the prima facie under section 392, 34 PPC made out therefore, cognizance taken u/s 190 C.r.P.C and charge sheet accepted for above offence. Issue Notice to accused on bail. |
