This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Naeem Raja Balouch advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhammad @ Muhammad Khan son of Muhamamd Hashim, 02-Waheed @ Waheed Ali, 03-Ramzan @ Muhammad Ramzan both sons of Muhammad @ Muhammad Khan all by caste Brohi in Crime No.135/2026 of PP Saddar PS Kamber City for offence U/S 427,506/2,435,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 30.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
