R & Ps received back from the court of learned CJ & JM (FC) Ghotki. Case called. On first call, neither complainant and PWs nor accused appeared court whereas on second call, only complainant alongwith advocate Nazeer Ahmed Chahcar appeared and all accused also appeared. PO asked complainant reasons of absence of PWs, during this one accused told that they are suffering in this case due to learned advocate Nazeer Ahmed Chahcar, on which learned advocate shouted and used abusive language against said accused, the P.O asked learned advocate how did he use abusive language before court on which he replied that these accused has misbehaved and abused him in other court. Case was adjourned due to absence of PWs without any application for excusing . Put off to 25.03.2026, for evidence. Present are directed to attend. |
