Further final report in charge sheet No: 34 of 2026 contain section 324 PPPC, as section 324 PPC is exclusively trial by the Court of Honorable Sessions, and final report in Crime No: 34/A of 2026 is connected with and dependent upon the outcome of Charge 34 of 2026, both final reports be sent up to the Hon???ble Sessions Court, Tharparkar at Mithi, for trial against the above-named accused persons, after completion of necessary legal formalities.
