The P.O is on earned leave. Matter called. Plaintiff called absent but his counsel is present. Process issued upon defendants No.2 to 4, and same is returned served upon defendants No.2 (A.C Shahdadkot) and 3-(Mukhtiarkar Rev. Shahdadkot), while process upon defendant No.4 returned unserved as per endorsement of Court bailiff. Process also issued upon defendant No.1 through TCS and such receipt is presented by learned counsel for plaintiff but reply of same not yet returned. No defendant is in attendance. Learned counsel for plaintiff filed an Application U/S.149 CPC for extension of time to provide requisite Court Fees. Order on it.
