The R&Ps of instant matter received by way transfer from the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi due enhancement and revising pecuniary limits of jurisdiction of Sr. Civil Judges vide notification No.Gaz/XVI-A-127 Dated 01st March 2025. Case called. None present from either side. The matter was fixed for the plaintiff's evidence since long. the plaintiff and his witness was directed to appear a/w all original record previously but he failed. Today again extended chance to the plaintiff for evidence as last and final chance. the plaintiff is strictly directed to appear before this Court a/w all witness other wise court will proceed the matter as per available record and pass an appropriate order. Let the matter be fixed on 03-12-2025 for evidence of plaintiff's side. Concerned clerk is directed to issue intimation notice notice to the plaintiff and its counsel.
