Sessions Case called. Accused Zubair Ali and Talib Hussain are produced in custody from J.A District Prison Larkana. Accused Junaid Jalbani, Muhammad Pariyal Jalbani and Soomar @ Umar Jatoi are declared as P.Os, their case has been bifurcated case against them is kept on dormant file. DDPP is present. D.C for accused Zuber Ali Bosan is called absent. Statement of accused recorded U/s 342 Cr.P.C at EX.....17 & 18 separately. Heard final arguments. Accused Talib Bosan and Zubair Bosan are acquitted U/s 265-H(i) Cr.P.C. Both accused sent back to custody alongwith acquittal letter. Judgment is kept on record at Ex.......19. Issue perpetual NBW for life against the absconding accused/P.Os through SSP Larkana and letter to SHO concerned for submission of progress report on quarterly basis as per directions of Honourable Superior Courts. Surety Khalid Hussain Jalbani of accused Muhammad Pariyal Jalbani is called absent. Fine Rs.37,500/- is imposed upon surety Khalid Hussain. Letter for en-cashed of surety document issued to concerned NSC Ratodero, returned with endorsement of Bailiff. Notice returned un-served upon surety of accused Soomar @ Umar Jalbani, handed over to same process server while extending till the next date of hearing.
