Case called. Accused is present on bail. Learned ADPP is present. Charge against accused is framed as Ex 2 wherein he pleaded guilty and moved an application whereby reiterated the same. Simultaneously, the accused has been served with show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C and he submitted his reply thereto. Order passed thereon. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused is convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and imposed fine of Rs 3000/-. In case of failure in depositing the fine amount, he shall undergo SI for one fourth of the imprisonment. |
