17-09-2026. Matter called in the morning. The defendant No. 01 (f) Abdul Qadir appeared in the morning but learned counsel for the defendants called absent. The plaintiff and his counsel appeared. Upon own request of the defendant side matter was kept aside during course of the day. Despite of that learned counsel for the defendant failed to appear though the defendant was severally asked to bring his counsel but of no avail. After that matter called repeatedly but none turned up again. It is 12:20 P.M but at this time also none appeared from the defendant side.
