Criminal bail application called. Learned counsel for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for the state are present. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail is granted to applicant/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. Whereas, one Muhammad Azeem appeared and filed his affidavit to stand as surety on behalf of accused. He produced three DSCs each of Rs:10,000/- total Rs:30,000/-. Order passed on it. Accepted. Let surety documents be sent for verification/mortgage. Issue release writ of accused. |
