Sessions case against accused (1) Farman Ali son of Muhammad Khan alias Nandhoo Jageerani already decided in his acquittal under section 265-K Cr.P.C vide an Order dated 26.03.2026 (Exh 7) and the case against absconding accused/proclaimed offenders namely (2) Barkat son of Andal (3) Altaf son of Khabbar (4) Ehsan son of Rahzan (5) Zameer son of Daud all by caste Jageerani and (6) Ahsan son of Bhurro Sundrani already kept on dormant file and perpetual warrants against them were issued.
