Statement of process server/HC-Sanghar is recorded at Exh.02, he produced the un-executed u/s 87 Cr.P.C. alongwith endorsement at Exh.02/A & Exh.02/B, publication at Exh.02/C, memo of publication at Exh.02/D, copy of proclamation u/s 88 Cr.P.C. at Exh.02/E and such report of Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka Hala at Exh.02/F respectively. Order passed on it. The accused Shan and Shabir @ Shabo are hereby declared as proclaimed offenders. Copies of police papers u/s 241-A Cr.P.C. supplied to accused persons vide receipt at Exh.03.
