J.D produce by the SIP Ali Hasan on behalf of SHO P.S Kot Ghulam Muhammad. The J.D Ramesh S/O Tulsi Das filled an application for the installments for the Rupees of Ten thousands on the ground that he is doing work of colour/painting. Order on it. Paid at least one month maintenance of rupees 16000/ (Sixteen thousands) of one month without fail. Further notice to other side for filing of objection and hearing on the application of JD for installments and engaging of counsels. Meanwhile the J.D has paid Rupees 16000/- (Sixteen thousands) vide receipt no of this court also give PR affidavit of the surety Mr Tulsi Das S/O Hemon Kolhi that he is taking surety of the JD that he will paid the decretal amount as per law. Such affidavit is kept on recorde. Matter is now fixed for hearing on the application of JD for installments and further proceedings of the execution application as per law.
