Perusal of record reveals that the decree holder side has filed for issuance of warrant of arrest against J.Ds No.01 to 03 for non-compliance of decree/ none payment of decretal amount. Perusal reveals that J.D No.01 is lady / women namely Mst: Shazia D/o Nazeer Ahmed. As per section 56 CPC, 1908 there is clear prohibition regarding arrest or detention of women in execution of decree for money. As such, the learned counsel for decree holder is directed to satisfy the court as under which law the warrant of arrest can be issued against lady / J.D.
