Today the instant appeal is fixed for judgment, but the counsel for appellant and counsel for private complainant remained absent, however, the learned state counsel stated at the bar that since he has taken over the charge of this court on 02-12-2025 thus he needs proper time for preparation. More-so, the appellant and counsel for complainant were earlier given opportunities for settlement of issue. In this regard, counsel for complainant has been remained in touch with the complainant party but no fruitful result came out because the learned counsel for complainant earlier stated at the bar that the complainant demanded more amount from the appellant for settlement of issue for which appellant was not ready. Be that as it may, the compromise talks stood failed. However, today, neither the defense counsel nor the complainant or his counsel attended the court and the learned state counsel has requested for some time for advancement of his arguments because he has recently taken charge of this Court being state counsel, thus, in the large interest of justice and in order to provide proper and fair opportunity to all concerned viz. appellant, complainant and state counsel, the pronouncement of judgment is hereby postponed and now the matter is adjourned to 09-12-2025 for arguments. Appellant is hereby directed to attend the Court on given date along with his counsel while the complainant and his counsel are also required to attend the court on the given date for arguments. The state counsel is also required to come prepare on the given date and advance his arguments. In the larger interest of justice. Criminal Appeal adjourned to 09.12.2025. For arguments.
