Criminal case called. Accused Abdul Basit, Muhammad Iqbal and Malik Iqbal are already declared P.Os. Record has been perused which shows that report of warrants u/s 87 Cr.PC has already been received by the court, on such report statement of ASI Naseer Ahmed Kubar was recorded on 6-6-2025, this court has already passed the order u/s 512 Cr.PC on 6-6-2025, whereby accused persons have been declared as Proclaimed offenders. Matter is being prolonged for report u/s 88 Cr.PC which warrants u/s 88 Cr.PC have already been issued to Mukhtyarkar revenue Panjab province but since long time, its report is not being received for the reasons best known to them. Since accused persons have already been declared as P.O, report u/s 88 Cr.PC shall be taken on record whenever received, meanwhile office is directed to issue B.Ws in sum of Rs.10,000/- to complainant party so their evidence shall be recorded u/s 512 Cr.PC. To come up on 25-6-2026 for evidence of PWs. |
