Both consolidated suits called. The learned counsel for the respective parties are present so as learned DDA for official defendants is also in attendance. Today, the instant matter is fixed for evidence of plaintiff side besides hearing on application XIII Rule 1 & 2 CPC as well as on an application U/O XVI Rule 1 & 2 CPC, and for hearing on two applications U/S 144 CPC filed in pursuance of Judgment/order rendered in Civil Appeal Nos. 38 of 2020 and 05 of 2020, however, such applications are separated from main case as well for submission of report from Mukhtiarkar Revenue Saeedabad. Mr. Taj Muhammad Memon, learned counsel for plaintiff in leading suit and respective defendant in subsequent suit has pointed out that two Civil Revision Application bearing Nos. 42 & 43 of 2021 are pending adjudication before the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad with regard to the both cases at hands, wherein the proceedings of these two suits as well as that of Civil Misc. Application U/S 144 CPC have been stayed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh vide order dated.24-10-2025, which, according to him, is still in field, on query learned counsel responded that he could not obtained Certified True Copy of the latest order(s) passed in said Civil Revision applications, therefore he requested for grant of time so that he could present the said True Copy of latest order in said Civil Revision Applications, such adjournment application is taken on record at Ex----------60. Order passed on separate sheet at Ex---------61. Keeping in view of above, the matters at hands are adjourned to-----------23-07-2026.
