Record verified and it reveals that Muzamil s/o Dil Murad became major, as per memo of Plaint his age was 9 years in the year 2017. J.D has produce birth certificate and B form of his son Muzamil which shows that his date of birth is 18.6.2008. With the consent of both parties the past maintenance was calculated and total out standing amount is Rs.935492/-as of today, after deducting the amount which he paid today and the monthly maintenance of minor/daughter of the J.D is calculated as Rs.10,717/-per month. J.D is requested for the installment to pay the past maintenance. The proceedings of pending since 2017 therefore J.D is directed to pay Rs.200,000/=within (15) days, after that he shall pay monthly maintenance and Rs.50,000/=on monthly basis in view of past maintenance. Advocate Ali Sher Shaikh and Syed Muneer Ahmed Shah, who are practicing lawyer have requested to allow them to stood his surety. The request is allowed. Both the Learned advocates are deems to be surety of the J.D. In case of default of J.D the property of Mr.Ali Sher is forfeited. The order dictated in open Court in present of both parties they have not objected to it. Put off to 8.9.2026 with the directions to J.D to deposit Rs.210,717/=. |
