Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. Notices are returned served upon upon defendant Nos. 08 and 09 with endorsement that father of defendants No.01 & 02 namely Allah Bachayo personally received the notice on their behalf. Similarly, father of defendants No.03 & 04 namely Allah Bux personally received the notice on their behalf and also received notices on behalf of defendants No.05 and 06, Statement of bailiff namely Ali Gohar is recorded as Ex: 06. He has produced report as Ex: 06/A. Order passed on separate sheet at Ex: 07. Mr. Jawad Ahmed Memon, Junior Clerk is present and has filed authority letter alongwith written statement of official defendant No. 9 (Mukhtiarkar) Saeedabad which is taken on record at Ex-8. The learned DDA is present and she has filed Memo of appearance on behalf of official defendants No.07 to 09 which is taken on record at Ex.9 and she also submitted a statement whereby the written statement of defendant No.9 (Mukhtiarkar) was adopted on behalf of official defendants No.7 & 8, which is taken on record at Ex-10. The service upon all defendants is declared sufficient, and the same shall be treated as good service for the purpose of further proceedings.
