Suit Called. Plaintiff called absent however his counsel is present and filed application for condonation with regard to the court fee stamp. Order passed on it. Today the matter is fixed for service of summons upon all the defendants No.1 to 10. The summons/notices are issued upon the defendants No.1 to 10 and returned back with report of bailiff. As per report of bailiff the summons are duly served upon the defendants No.6 to 10 while returned un-served upon the defendants No.1 to 5. Order passed on separate sheet, The service upon the defendants No.6 to 10 is held good. Matter adjourned to 19-08-2026 for appearance and filling of written statement and objections by the defendants No.6 to 10, repeat summons/notices upon the defendants No.1 to 5 through bailiff. The learned counsel for plaintiff is required to submit required court fee stamp. |
