The accused Persons Abdul Rasool @ Abuo and Abid Ali are produced in custody from C.P.Khairpur while accused persons Imtaiz Ali and Abdul Hadi are present on bail whereas the accused persons Mushtaq & Meer Muhammad are already declared P.O. learned counsel for accused, ADPP along with complainant & witness are appeared, while counsel for complainant is absent. in this matter, the directions were given from the Hon`ble HC for which the letter for request was already sent for more time as having overburden upon this court. Previously the comments upon transfer application had also been called by the Honble DSJ which were sent. On last date the learned ADPP had moved application u/s 540 Cr.PC upon which notice was issued to ld counsel for accused who has noted NO Objection today dated 18.5.2026 and was initially ready to proceed the case. This court received a copy of complainant through courier against undersigned today. The learned counsel for accused after consultation with accused persons in open court, has moved application for adjournment that he faces illness and headache hence case may be adjourned to 03.6.2026. notice of such adjournment is given to ADPP who raised no objection but pointed out again that the learned counsel for accused, on one hand has raised no objection upon application u/s 540 Cr.P.C today while the complainant is present to get his re examination but on other hand ld counsel for accused has moved adjournment and verbally requesting for long date i.e. 03.6.2026 while he himself got directions from Hon`ble HC so also moved transfer application, further more two accused persons are in custody. Since the learned counsel for accused has insisted upon date i.e. 03.6.2026 as having busy schedule & engagement before other Hon`ble courts etc hence his application for adjournment is allowed and his choice date upon his insist is granted. This court is waiting for the reply from Hon`ble HC for granting more time. Adjourned to 03.6.2026. |
