This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Salleh Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdullah son of Sain Bux @ Ali Sher, 02-Abdul Rehman son of Abdullah Brohi, 03-Attaullah son of Abdullah Brohi in Crime No.45/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence U/S 420,406,506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 23.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
