Case called. Accused M.Abid Nawaz is present on bail and filed an application for his condonation of absence of previous absent. Absence condoned, with warning as last and final chance. Learned ADPP for the state and DC are present. Copies of the documents were supplied to the accused at Exhibit 01. The accused prayed for early disposal of the case and requested a speedy trial. Accordingly, on the request of the accused, the statutory time for framing of charge is waived. The charge against the accused was framed at Exhibit 02, and his plea was recorded at Exhibit 2/A, wherein he pleaded not guilty and claimed to be tried. Matter adjourned to 31.03.2026 for evidence. Issue summons to all PWs. |
