This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulam Shabir son of Abdul Karim, 02-Abdul Ghaffar son of Ghulam Haider both by caste Sambhal in Crime No.102/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 366-A,452,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber.
