This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Gul Sher Junejo advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Jeand Khan @ Jeand son of Bahleem Khan @ Bahleem, 02-Mumtaz Ali @ Mumtaz @ Jogi, 03-Azizullah, 04-Raham Ali, 05-Sardar Ali @ Sardar all four sons of Jeand Khan @ Jeand, 06-Imtiaz Ali son of Mumtaz Ali @ Mumtaz @ Jogi all by caste Magsi in Crime No.50/2026 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan for offence U/S 506/2,114,337-Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 20.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
