Mis application U/S 516 Cr.P.C called, Applicant Ghulam Abbas and his counsel Mr Mehboob Ali Brohi is present. Report from concerned Police station as well as ETO report are received. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Arguments heard said application. Said application is allowed applicant is directed to submit original book/file of car along with furnished PR bond in sum of Rs 300000/ vide detailed order passed on separate sheet. However, the original book/file of the vehicle has already been submitted as surety documents in Crime No. 404/2026, under Section 8 of the Mainpuri Gutka Act. Therefore, in the present miscellaneous application, the applicant is directed to furnish only a personal recognizance (PR) bond in the sum of Rs. 3,000,000/-. Furthermore, the surety documents submitted by the applicant shall remain on the record until the disposal of both cases |
