Learned I/C DPP present. Today case is fixed for charge. Charge against present accused framed at ----------- Ex.05. Plea of accused recorded at ---------- Ex.05/A, to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed to be tried. From the perusal of R & Ps it reveals that I/O has submitted challan sheet u/s 512 Cr.P.C and placed the names of accused as absconders with red ink, while he has write the CNICs of accused with blue ink, hence call explanation from I/O. Put off to 01.04.2026 for evidence. Accused Rizwan @ Foroo sent back to custody. Issue summons for complainant and mashir so also letter for case property. Call explanation from I/O of the case. |
