This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Mugheri Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Ghulam Hussain son of Sono Khan, 02. Altaf @ Altaf Hussain son of Lal Bakhsh both by caste Mugheri, in crime No.02/2026 of Behram for offence under section 447, 511, 506/2, 504, 114, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 24.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
