Order passed and announced in open Court, whereby bail granted to applicant/ accused subject to solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30, 000/- ( Thirty Thousand ) with P.R bond in like amount . Accused has furnished required surety. One Dholo son of Wahiddino Otho R/o Village Gorihar Taluka Islamkot District Tharparkar appeared and filed affidavit along with documents of his Five Special Saving CertificatesNo:-GC-712541,to GC-712544, Registered No 3557 dated 21.9.2026 of Rs.5,000/each and SSC No.HJ-743828 Registered No. 3562 dated 23.9.2026 of Rs. 10,000/-Total Rs.30,000/= which is accepted for the satisfaction of this Court, subject to verification. Issue release writ of accused namely Muhammad Manthar .Issue letter to concerned department for verification of surety documents. |
