Order passed and announced in open Court, As per order the prima facie case for taking cognizance is made out against the private accused persons each one Ashiqeu Ali S/o Imtiaz Kallar, 2. Altaf S/o Niaz Ahmed, 3. Sadam S/o Shafee and Shahrukh S/o Abdul Jabbar, all by caste Kallar R/o Diplo, Taluka Dipl. for the offence punishable U/S 341, 506(ii), 504, 34,PPC for register it on regular trial, there is sufficient ground for proceeding this direct complaint. Hence Register the case and office is directed to brought the D.C on regular file for trial and to assign a separate case number and issue bailable warrant (B.Ws) against the above named all accused persons in the sum of Rs:40000/-(Forty thousand Rupees each) with P.R bond in the like amount for procuring their appearance/attendance. The complainant is directed to attend this Court on date of hearing and provide four sets of the documents for delivering to the accused persons on their appearance. The date of hearing is fixed on 16-09-2026 for hearing supply of copies. |
