The entire cost of DNA examination shall be borne by the plaintiffs, who shall deposit the same in advance as required. Dr. Suhail Ahmed M.O and Mr. Ayaz Ali Jr. Clerk of Taluka Hospital Shahdadkot appeared on behalf of M.S Taluka Hospital Shahdadkot and collected samples for DNA Test from defendant No.5 Mst. Khatoon Mastoi and defendant No.6 Lal Bux Mastoi in open court in presence of both parties. Learned counsel for plaintiffs filed Statement that they would be deposit the required fee of DNA test charges as per rules/policy, as and when demanded and confirming fee/changed by M.S concerned. Order on it. File. The letter No.280 dated 14.01.2026 regarding collection of blood samples is received from M.S Taluka Hospital Shahdadkot in compliance of order dated 17.12.2025, in which stated that challan for charges of DNA test and collect samples shall be sent to LUMHS, DNA analysis lab for examination and issuance of DNA report. Order on it. Received, he is directed to comply directions issued in detail order. Put off to 28.01.2027, for compliance in respect to DNA test of defendants No.5 & 6. |

The Medical Superintendent shall take the samples in open Court on the next date of hearing in the presence of both parties. Defendants No.5 and 6 are directed to appear on the next date of hearing. The DNA report, once received, shall be placed on record and considered in accordance with law. It is clarified that the observations made herein are confined to the disposal of the present application only and shall not prejudice the case of either party on merits. Ordered accordingly.
