Instant both applications were disposed off and application u/s. 17-B inclined to strike off the defense of the defendant and decree the suit forthwith to the extent of maintenance of minor only. Defendant is directed to pay maintenance of minor at the rate of Rs. 15000/- per month from the date of date of institution of this suit i.e. 15.03.2025 till date and from October, 2025 at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- per month fro minor viz till marriage of minor or till she rejoins her father/defendant with 10% annual increment. Decree to follow accordingly to the extent of maintenance of minor in above terms and also order passed on application u/s. 12 of G&W video/whats app call allowed with minor for one hour twice a week for welfare of the minor.
