The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faheem Akhtar Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Liaquat son of Mureed Ali by caste Panhwar in Crime No.23/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 324,337-Fi, 504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 20.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
