Matter called. Learned counsel for the Plaintiff is present and submitted courier receipts as well as court fee stamps of Rs.15,000/- which are kept on record. Defendant NO.6/SHO is present and received copies. None is present from the defendants??? side. Process through Bailiff returned served upon the official defendants Nos.1 to 6 and unserved upon the defendant NOs. 7 to 9. Order passed on separate order sheet. Since the Plaintiffs claim is based on the documentary evidences, therefore, without touching the merits of the suit, the defendants are directed to maintain status-qou till next date of hearing.
