This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Mehboob son of Saddar Khoso, in crime No.41/2023 PS Behram for offence under section 395, 337-Ai, 506/2, 504, 114, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 24.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnished his required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
