Criminal bail application called. Mr. Jeeloji, learned counsel for applicant/accused and Mr. Hemoon, learned ADPP for the state are present. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail is granted to applicant/accused Taimoor, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/ with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
