This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Waseem Shaikh advocate on behalf of applicant Ghulam Nabi son of Ghulam Hussain Magsi against SHO PS Bahram & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Saddique Ali the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Bahram and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 30.04.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
