The Suit of the Plaintiff is decreed in terms that the defendant No.1 is directed to execute Sub-Lease in respect of the suit property i.e. Flat/Unit No.906, situated at 9th Floor, Tower No.08, Type-C, three rooms Apartment, Fatima Golf Residency, Plot No. Commercial-9, Sector 40, Scheme No.33 of Jinnah Avenue Malir Cantt., Karachi in favour of the Plaintiff and in case of his failure to do so, the Nazir of this Court is directed to execute Sub-Lease in respect of the suit property in favour of the Plaintiff on behalf of the defendant No.1 in accordance with law. The defendant No.1 is further directed to handover the physical possession of the suit property to the Plaintiff within thirty (30) days from today. There is no order as to cost. Office is directed to prepare decree accordingly. |
