This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Fida Hussain son of Khamiso @ Khamiso Khan, 02-Muharram @ Muharram Khan, 03-Ahsan @ Ahsan Ali both sons of Fida Hussain all by caste Qambrani Jamali in Crime No.20/2026 of PS Sanjar Bhatti for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 15.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
