This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ahmed Nawaz, 02-Farooque @ Ghulam Farooque both sons of Bakhat Ali Gadehi in Crime No.08/2026 of PS Khabar for offence U/S 324,148,149 PPC.
