In compliance of this court letter No.Cr/ 224 dated 16.04.2026 the learned Civil Judge & J.M-I Ubauro has sent his report No.270 dated 17.04.2026 reporting therein that " accused Sher Ali s/o Allah Ditto @ Adit Shar and Qasim Shar were roduced by the police in Crime No.13/2020 on the same day; however, due to rush of work, the name of accused Sher Ali s/o Allah Ditto @ Adit Shar was mistakenly mentioned in Crime No.38/2020 and conseuently appears to have been inadvertently reflected in the remand warrant of the said case". Such report taken on record. Mr Pardeep Kumar advocate for accused Sher Ali put his marginal note on application under section 265-K Cr.P.C filed on behalf of accused Sher Ali, for not pressing the same, which has been disposed of as not pressed vide Order passed on it.
