Suit called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. Today the instant matter is fixed for service upon defendants. Summons returned. The statement of bailiff was on record at Ex----------07 wherein he produced his report at Ex.07/A stating therein that in compliance of court orders he visited the given address of the defendant No.01 however could not locate him due to incomplete address therefore Notice could not be served. I also visited the offices of official defendants Nos. 02 (Mukhtiarkar Taluka Hala) & 03 (Sub-Registrar Taluka Hala) and got received the notices to their respective clerks and obtained such receiving/signature as well as official stamp affixed on it. Order passed on separate sheet at Ex---------08. In compliance of the notice served defendant No.03 (Sub-Registrar Taluka Hala) through one Israr Hussain Laghari (Daftri) duly authorized by him submitted written statement which is kept on record at Ex-----------09. The learned DDA appeared and submitted the memo of appearance on the behalf of defendants Nos. 02 to 04, which is taken on record at Ex--------------10. In view of the above service upon the defendants Nos. 02 to 04 is declared sufficient and the same is treated as good service. for the purpose of further proceedings. As far as the service upon the defendant No. 01 is concerned, the same is hereby ordered to be repeated on pointation of plaintiff.
