This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Fayaz @ Fayaz Hussain son of Wahid Bakhsh, 02-Sanaullah son of Deedar both by caste Buriro in Crime No.19/2026 of PS Drigh for offence U/S 324,114,337-Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 15.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
