R&Ps of suit receive from the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh Karachi through District Judge Karachi South vide Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh vide Notification No. No.Gaz/XVI-A-127 Karachi dated 01st March 2025 read as In suppression of earlier notification in this regard and in view of the amendment made in Sindh Civil Courts Ordinance 1962 though Sindh Civil Courts (Amendment)Act,2025 (Sindh Act No. VI of 2025), the Administration Committee of this court is pleased to enhance and revise the pecuniary limits of jurisdiction of Senior Civil Judges and Civil Judges under section 9 of Sindh Civil Court Ordinance, 1962 in Civil Suits, as under, with immediate effects. 1.
