R & Ps received by way of transfer from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Shikarpur for disposal according to law, vide letter No.CR/-8361/2026, dated 06-10-2026. Case is already fixed today. Case called accused Muhammad Younis is present on bail. Accused Muhammad Hassan and Amir Ali @ Amiro are present in custody, produced by District Prison Shikarpur.
