This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Banti Laal advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Zulfiqar Ali son of Ghulam Rasool by caste Jarwar in Crime No.98/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 4 r/w 8 of Sindh Prohibition Gutka mainpur Act, 2019. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 11.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
