It is very disappointing conduct of learned ADPP that despite of having knowledge that original paper were not in police file, since there he did not bother to informed the court on first call regarding non-availability of original police file , which has however in the administration Justice to also against the decorum of court. Hence learned ADPP is strictly warned to be careful in future,while accused Nisar Tanoli is also strictly directed to attend the court on every date of hearing without fail and no condonation application will be entertained in future, further more Issue show cause notice to I/O through SSP Investigation East-II Malir.Matter is adjourned to 27.09.2025 at 12:oo am for evidence . |
