Suit called. Initially none appeared from parties whereasadvocate Mr. Sajid is appeared and intimated that the matter is fixed for P.E but witness went to karachi. The reader pointed out that the matter was fixed at 1100 hours due to plaintiff and his counsel coming from Hyderabad. Matter kept a side, and again called at 1100 hours wherein plaintiff and his counsel appeared whereas none appeared from plaintiff side. The learned counsel for defendant invited attention of court towards direction passed by the Hon`ble High of Sindh Bench at Sukkur S.22/2025 wherein the Hon`ble HC directed this court to conclude suit in two months however because of court being vacant, matter could not finalised.
