F.C Suit No.71/2023 being leading and subsequent thereto are F.C Suit No.84/2023 and F.C Suit No.57/2024 are called. Plaintiff of leading suit Abdul Rasheed is in attendance without attendance of is counsel; when confronted qua the witnesses he submitted that he was never asked by either to produce the witnesses. On the other hand, an application dated 19.09.2025 is on record whereby he sought time to produce witnesses. Besides that, his counsel on last date of hearing viz.31.10.2025 sought further time due to absence of the plaintiff.
